At this stage, the driver application form does not request the upload of documents.
The client, applicant, or visitor decides whether to proceed with any activity in which personal information is requested. However, if you do not wish to provide the requested personal data and information, we may not be able to respond to the request, prepare a proposal, manage a booking, or review an application.
2. How do we use the information we collect?

When you apply to work with Sparkway as a driver, we collect the data necessary to review the application and contact you.

This data is collected to assess whether your profile may be suitable for Sparkway and to contact you regarding the recruitment process.
If the application progresses, Sparkway may request supporting documents, such as proof of driving licence, CMTVDE certification, right to work, insurance, professional experience, or other documents necessary for compliance, verification, or operational purposes.
These documents will only be requested when necessary for the recruitment, verification, or onboarding process.
Application data may be retained during the recruitment process and for a reasonable period after its conclusion, should future opportunities arise or follow-up be required. If the applicant requests the deletion of their data, Sparkway will proceed with its deletion, unless it is necessary to retain certain information for legal, contractual, or legitimate business interest reasons.
5. How do we protect your personal information?
To help ensure the security of your personal information, Sparkway limits access to the data collected and uses trusted service providers for website hosting, form processing, email, WhatsApp communication, and business administration.
